We source the products offered on our Website from authorized U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, and manufacturer partners. Depending on the product and the most efficient route to the customer, orders may ship from a Modern Lounge Den LLC facility or from an authorized supplier or distributor warehouse located in the United States. In all cases, the order is managed and supported directly by Modern Lounge Den LLC.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for items that require carrier delivery or freight service.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 (before taxes) ship free within the United States, unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.
  • Orders of $100 or less: A $60 shipping fee applies at checkout unless the product page or checkout states otherwise (e.g., freight/oversized items).

All shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Order cut-off time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) begin processing the same day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing the next business day.

Handling time: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Handling time covers order verification, payment confirmation, and coordination with the fulfillment location (a Modern Lounge Den LLC facility or an authorized supplier or distributor warehouse).

Transit time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–9 business days (handling + transit).

If an item needs extra time (for example, made-to-order, backordered, or freight scheduling), the product page and/or checkout will display the most accurate estimate. Those item-specific estimates override the general timing above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size. Carrier selection is determined by the originating fulfillment location, product size, weight, and destination.

Freight / oversized deliveries

Some large items may ship via freight. If freight service is required, delivery details (including scheduling, curbside delivery, or additional delivery options if available) will be provided after purchase or shown at checkout when applicable.

Shipment tracking

Most shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships (or when the carrier generates tracking for freight shipments).

Multiple shipments

If your order contains items shipping from more than one fulfillment location, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. Each shipment will receive its own tracking information when available.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or lost packages

If your delivery appears delayed beyond the estimated window, email us at support@modernloungeden.com or call 1-912-913-4332. We will help investigate with the carrier and the originating fulfillment location.

Marked delivered but not received

  • Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your mail room
  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace

Damaged packages

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the item (including any visible damage)
  • Keep the packaging until the claim/review is complete
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modernloungeden.com

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue an appropriate resolution.

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
