United States
- We ship to addresses within the United States.
- Some oversized or freight items may have delivery restrictions or special delivery requirements, which will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for items that require carrier delivery or freight service.

- Orders of $100 or less: A $60 shipping fee applies at checkout unless the product page or checkout states otherwise (e.g., freight/oversized items).
All shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Order cut-off time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) begin processing the same day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing the next business day.
Handling time: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–9 business days (handling + transit).
If an item needs extra time (for example, made-to-order, backordered, or freight scheduling), the product page and/or checkout will display the most accurate estimate. Those item-specific estimates override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination and package size.
Freight / oversized deliveries
Some large items may ship via freight. If freight service is required, delivery details (including scheduling, curbside delivery, or additional delivery options if available) will be provided after purchase or shown at checkout when applicable.

Marked delivered but not received

- Check with neighbors, building management, or your mail room
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace
Damaged packages
- Photograph the outer packaging and the item (including any visible damage)
- Keep the packaging until the claim/review is complete
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modernloungeden.com

8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue an appropriate resolution.

10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
